Venture Express, an established transportation company, is in immediate need of Diesel Mechanic in the middle Tennessee area.
$27.00 - $32.00/hour based on experience
Job Requirements:
* Inspects and repairs Semi-Tractors
* Performs DOT inspections on Tractors and Trailers
* Performs routine repairs to include preventative maintenance such as oil and tire changes
* Diagnose and repair issues with hydraulics, brakes, transmission, king pins, etc.
* Replaces clutches if necessary
* Completes inspection reports
* Safely uses power, machine and hand tools
* Communicates issues with other mechanics and drivers
* Keeps a clean shop
