Geotechnical Project Manager

Our client’s Ground Improvement Group is seeking an experiencedPre-Construction GEOTECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join their estimating/sales/management team in the New England Area.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of management experience in GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING and Project Management.

• Would need to have pre-construction “sales” experience working with GC’s, Consultants and Owners building relationships for business development.
• Must be Confident and able to juggle 40-60 jobs in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and or negotiation. (we have construction Design Engineers and Construction Project Managers to work with you).
• Needs great follow up, people, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for business development.
• This person would preferably be a PE, have a bachelor's degree in Civil engineering and a masters in Geotechnical engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
