We are currently seeking a dedicated Pickleball Professional to join our team and elevate our pickleball program to new heights. As a Pickleball Professional at Greensboro Country Club, you will play a crucial role in coordinating leagues, tournaments, and social events while ensuring that our members' expectations are consistently exceeded. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and enhance the pickleball program.
• Organize and manage leagues, tournaments, and social events.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Racquet Sports to ensure the department's programs and presentation meet the high standards of our members.

Qualifications:

• High level playing experience.
• High energy, innovative, and driven by achievement.
• Commitment to the Racquet Sports Department and the ability to fit into the club culture.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience.
• USPTA, USPTR, PPR, or equivalent Pickleball Certification.
• Previous success within a pickleball facility program.
