We are looking to add a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to our dynamic Bend install team!

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Some overtime as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• The right person is passionate, purposeful, and eager
• 2 years' experience leading the installation of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems; heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, and water heaters
• A high degree of professionalism
• Success prioritizing diverse responsibilities
• Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the installation process, fostering mentorship and relationships with team members while providing impeccable customer service
• Sound judgment. Ability to make decisions, work independently, and seek assistance from team members when necessary
• Superior verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Company insurable driving record
• Able to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening
