Job Description
Job Title: General Dentist

Location: Mason City or Fort Dodge, Iowa

Overview: Our partner practice is a highly respected and well-known clinic with locations throughout Eastern or Northeastern Iowa. We are committed to providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. With a focus on patient-centric care and updated facilities, we strive to create positive dental experiences and improve oral health outcomes for our communities. We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team in both our Fort Dodge and Mason City locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional dental care and dedicated to promoting oral health and wellness. As a General Dentist, you will diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, and collaborate with our team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine dental examinations, including comprehensive oral evaluations, and assess patients' dental health.
  • Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' oral health needs.
  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and prosthetic fittings with precision and care.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans, procedures, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active license to practice dentistry in the state of Iowa.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care and promoting oral health awareness.
Schedule:
  • Option 1: Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm;
  • Option 2: Tuesday-Friday 8am-5:30pm;
  • Option 3: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5:30pm.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package based on incoming experience between $165,000 - $220,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance, and disability coverage.
