Salary: Base Commission (Based on Experience)

The Role:

We are seeking a Salesperson to join our company. This individual will help us grow by finding new clients and closing sales. To be successful in this job, you need to be able to win new business, create new sales strategies, and accurately track each step of the sales cycle. You will also need to ensure that company resources are being used efficiently by providing insights and reporting-in on all business/sales activity.

This individual should have superior listening skills, as well as excellent phone presence and in-person presentation abilities.

What will you be doing:

* Prospecting for new customers using various lead generation and direct solicitation methods

* Establishing new account relationships and addressing feedback from current and prospective customers

* Contacting former customers to regain work and or offer new services

* Preparing proposals and estimates

* Performing competitive analyses of local markets to stay current on industry trends

* Conducting presentations, calls, and sales visits to support sales efforts

* Tracking sales activities

* Identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities

* Attending status and strategy meetings with senior management

Who you are:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a superior listening ability

* Knows how to prioritize work

* Time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and projects

* Consistently takes a proactive approach to opportunities

* Self-motivated, punctual, and organized

* Relationship builder both internally and across the organization

* Experience in the home services industry is a plus but not a requirement

Required skills:

* Able to prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and estimates

* Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Strong telephone presence and interpersonal skills

* Well-developed negotiation and presentation skills; able to advise on solutions

* Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software is a plus but not required
