Green Hills Memorial Park is Hiring a Customer Service/Business Office Records Associate Near Long Beach, CA

Job Description

We are currently looking for highly organized candidates with excellent customer service skills for the position of Customer Service/Business Office Cashier. This position handles customer payments, answering phones, answering basic A/R questions, filing, scanning and proofing documents, and other duties as assigned.

The best candidate will have tremendous patience when assisting guests and treat all with respect and be present, pleasant, and positive. Great attention to detail, works independently but a team player, articulate, and adapts well to a changing environment. These are just a few of the skills we are looking for. As a company, we have incorporated 13 Heartbeats and expect each team member to learn and follow these important heartbeats in performing their duties.

The job is Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with Sunday and Monday’s off. The schedule will not change and must be committed to working Saturday’s.

Spanish speaking required .

Basic Excel and Word required.

Salary: From $20.00 per hour with great benefits!
