Job Overview:

Progressive, fun orthodontic practice seeking Treatment Coordinator. Sales experience required, dental background preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must possess excellent verbal skills and be people oriented. Excellent pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Review orthodontic treatment recommendations and patient care
- Coordinate treatment plans with patients and healthcare providers
- Develop financial plan for treatment services with patients
- Provide exceptional patient service
- Assist with administrative support tasks and patient follow upf
- Operate phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in terminology and dental office procedures (preferred but not required)
- Ability to multitask while being detailed

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
