Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the health services team to deliver exceptional care and service.
• Conduct initial assessments of prospective residents.
• Ensure coordination of care with providers.
• Implement effective systems, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed staff
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of Minnesota
