Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect with extensive consultative and hands-on experience that includes a consistent track record of successful deployments for external customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform by working hand-in-hand with our customers, and platform developers, to ensure that the solution implemented meets outstanding technical and practical standards.

As a Platform Architect you will be a technical consultant working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our customers. The Platform Architect provides best practice platform guidance for our clients, as well as working closely with key members of the Capgemini project team to ensure a timely and technically sound implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Architect experience, as detailed above

Demonstrated level of expertise with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's, including the ability to create and implement their own scripts

Ability to build custom business rules and client scripts, including UI policies/scripts, ACLs, and Data Policies

Shown ability with scripting and designing the Service Portal / Employee Center application, including using HTML, CSS, Angular, SASS, Bootstrap

Extensive Architect and Developer level experience with at least two primary ServiceNow applications, including

1. ITOM

2. ITSM

3. CSM

4. ITAM

5. Integration Hub (including integration development using REST, SOAP, etc..)

Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that aligns with customers business requirements

Contribute and actively participate in Scrum calls

Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skills

Provide technical best practices, architecture and code review

Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with a proficiency toward creative problem-solving.

Remain innovative, creative, self-directeda great leader and teammate with a record of accomplishment in leading multiple complex tasks

Maintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releases

**Additional Qualifications:**

Minimum 5 years IT related experience

CSA, CAD and CIS Certifications required

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus

External Client consulting experience highly preferred

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Experience leading and advising multiple projects simultaneously.
