Job Summary:

HIRING FOR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION!
Brown Brothers Construction, Inc. provides commercial and industrial remodeling, additions, and new construction services. Specializing in office remodels and tenant improvements, we have been in business for over 15 years. We have full time work, year round--90% of the work is interior remodeling. Prior construction experience not required. If you are willing to work hard, show up for work every day, and learn new skills, we would like to talk to you about our open position.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work being performed
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Implement project schedules and timelines to meet deadlines
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
