Aria Nursing and Rehab is seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapy (PT) to join our team. Our newly renovated facility has all new equipment, complete with ACP modality suites along with clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
- Provides resident/patient treatment which meets their needs and uses current treatment knowledge
- Consistently demonstrate the Facility’s interdisciplinary approach to resident/patient care.
- Contributes to professional development of self and others.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist License for State of Michigan
