Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant Project Manager to join our client. As an integral part of their project management team, you will assist in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and professional development within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

- Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

- Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.

- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, RFIs, change orders, and project reports.

- Support the resolution of construction issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

- Assist in managing project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality control, and adherence to regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

- Previous experience in construction project management or related role preferred.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.

- Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
