Our client is a large Senior Living community that is expanding. They have a need for Construction Project manager to oversee new builds and expansions. This is a direct hire role.
Duties:
-Complete daily task such as expense approvals, site management and time entry
-Maintain construction schedule and budget
-Communicate with the project manager regarding jobsite productivity, quality, and schedule
A full benefit package will be offered. This is a direct hire role. Pay is $85k per year. Apply now!
Qualifications:
-5 years experience in Commercial Construction- preferably in hotel, senior living or apartment builds
-Ability to use software to complete daily task and expense approvals
-Experience overseeing more than one project
-OSHA 10
