As a Residential Estimator, your core responsibilities will include :
- Precision in developing accurate and comprehensive job estimates
- Securing bids from vendors and subcontractors through material specifications, identifying qualified partners, and skillful price negotiation
- Maintenance of cost keys and price masters through diligent information updates
- Swift resolution of cost discrepancies through thorough data collection and analysis
- Preparation of insightful reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and industry trends
- Team collaboration, contributing to collective success
Estimator Key Skills and Qualifications :
- Over 5 years of Estimating Experience in residential construction
- Proficiency in various estimating software
- Outstanding communication skills
- Familiarity with blueprints and specifications
- Deadline-driven with a proven ability to meet project timelines
