gpac is Hiring a Cabinet Designer - Microvellum Near Boise, ID

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our high-quality cabinet products to new and existing customers and will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
  • Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
  • Greet guests upon arriving in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
  • Prepare job quotations and submittals
  • Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, handling complaints timely and accurately
  • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
  • Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
  • Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files
  • Client follow-up, tracking orders from beginning to end regarding quotes and landing the sale
  • Develop long-term relationships with builders, plumbers, and designers
  • Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer desire and needs
  • Attend trade events / mixers / networking events to seek new clients and build relationship; continue your education in product & sales skills
Job Requirements
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
  • Desire to exceed client & company expectations
  • Strong consultative sales skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) with the ability to perform business math Sales = Profit!!
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up & organizational skills
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of company products
  • Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
  • Team player who works productively with all departments and customers
  • Professional demeanor and great attitude
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred
