We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team and drive innovation in our technology and data solutions. This newly developed CTO role will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological strategy, leading the development of new solutions, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our systems.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies and trends relevant to our industry, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions to enhance our service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and client services, to understand requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, and data security.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, fostering creativity and collaboration within the technology team.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and professional growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on technology-related opportunities and challenges.

Work Environment This job operates in a modern professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Travel Infrequent travel to other GPFS locations.
Required Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in technology roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a management position.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and data management principles.
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating technology initiatives with a comprehensive data strategy, including Data acquisition, storage, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving organizational change.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
