At this time our Associates are all Independent Contractors and carry their own benefits. We will implement traditional benefits by the end of the year, and you can opt in for those then if you wish.

Growing, prosperous dental group is seeking an Associate General Dentist who is honest, caring, compassionate, hard working, and a team player to deliver general dentistry to patients of all ages.

We refer out 95% of Endo and Implants so if you can provide that it would be a great benefit.

As a dentist in our office you have full autonomy of your treatments as long as they align with our values and ethic. We don't micro manage our dentists.

Our offices accept about 40% PPO and 60% FFS patients. Offices are equipped with up-to-date dental technology.

We are flexible with contracts and willing to negotiate.

Both our offices in Ocala and Lady Lake have a need for an additional dentist. Schedule is flexible in that you can work both locations or just one.

The practice was founded in 1978. We are blessed with a booming practice with between 200-300 new patients a month with zero advertising.

We don't micromanage the providers as we want them to be able to practice the way they wish (as long as aligned with our values and ethic).

Majority of our new patients are referrals from existing patients. It sounds cliché, but we treat people the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated.
