The primary duties of the Client Services Coordinator are to schedule appointments for installations, and promptly answer the phone to assist with general client inquiries. Assistance with showroom walk-ins may be needed. At the time of installation scheduling, you will collect client balances and request reviews. Throughout the day, assistance with receiving and putting away deliveries is also a key responsibility for this position
