Food And Beverage Manager Qualifications

• 3 years as a Food and Beverage manager in a Luxury environment
• Experience with Fine Dining, Upscale Casual, and Casual Dining
• Experience with Banquets and Catering
• Hard work ethic and positive attitude

Food And Beverage Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the service staff
• Work in different outlets as necessary
• Manage banquets as needed
• Work with the Executive team on a vision for the food and beverage program
• Schedule team members and actively manage labor
