Miniso USA is Hiring a Loss Prevention Specialist Near Los Angeles, CA

Job Title: Loss Prevention Specialist

Reports to: CFO

Job Type: Full Time Exempt

Location: Multiple Locations

Responsibilities but not Limited to:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and closely oversee instances that deviate from the company's culture of integrity while performing regular inspections of store premises
  • Diligently probe and closely monitor cases that breach the established procedural framework of the company, involving daily visits to the stores
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments during daily store visits, encompassing areas such as cash security, staff well-being, product authenticity, fire safety, and other relevant factors
  • Possess advanced expertise in operational integrity, procedural protocols, safety standards, and risk management, all aimed at proactively mitigating potential operational vulnerabilities
  • Vigilantly monitor and systematically document unusual data emanating from relevant departments, including atypical financial transactions, point discrepancies, returns, distribution irregularities, procurement disparities, and reported losses
  • Ensure meticulous precision in store inventory management and implement rigorous controls to effectively minimize losses
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to loss prevention or inventory management
  • Competence in accessing and navigating the company's computer system to generate documents, input data, and review reports
  • Flexibility to travel to various store sites within the designated area and, when necessary, across San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Dallas, TX; and Miami, FL, up to 100% of the time
  • Readiness to adapt to non-standard work schedules and extended timeframes, including holidays, weekends, and peak seasons, as dictated by operational requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages is strongly desired

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
