This position's key responsibilities include:
- Receives and empties gaylords of donated goods.
- Sorts donated goods onto pallets and into gaylords pursuant to the sorting and processing guidelines.
- Identifies goods for merchandise in retail stores and for special sales.
- Maintains production tallies.
- Performs periodic testing of donated equipment as needed and as directed.
- Processes and removes unsold items as appropriate.
- Loads and unloads trucks including use of forklift and pallet jack.
- Maintains supplies inventory.
- Operates baler and organizes salvage area.
- Inspects, sorts and identifies sellable and non-sellable items.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on a candidate's experience, skills and education.
- The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr
