Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin is Hiring a Retail Team Member - Centralized Processing - Campus Near Fort Worth, TX

Job Title: Retail Team Member FT - 532
Locations: Goodwill North Central Texas4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $13.75 per Hour
Work Hours: Full Time, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Days off vary.
Benefits: Company paid basic term life, Paid Time Off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and 401(k)
General Job Duties: Sorts, hangs, and categorizes merchandise for grading and pricing; utilizes computer grading system to grade and price donated product to meet established daily production quotas.Use pallet jack/hand jack, flat bed or dolly to move product from staging area to work area and then from work area to sales or shipping area; ability to meet established daily production quotas.Ensure individual stations are working at maximum efficiency and that Kaizen processes are being followed.Performs all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the store.Other duties as requested.
Skills/Qualifications: Operate computerized pricing system, make pricing decision based on quality of product. Sort product based on quality, hang or pack produce for shipment to store location(s). After in-house training, successfully operate various types of equipment for material handling; read, write, and possess basic math skills. Team player mentality with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals/quotas.
Physical Requirements: Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with ladder), pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis, some heavier lifting pulling and/or pushing required at times; Good physical stamina.Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature and dust.Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other team members.Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods of time.Must be sufficiently mobile to work entire facility.
