We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will play a key role in assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing and supervising all aspects of the store's operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and mentor retail sales associates
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Conduct inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on budgeting and payroll management
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with budgeting and basic understanding of financial principles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
