Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that each guest has a superior experience, Taking and delivering orders Recommending food, beer and specials to guests. Performing side work Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to serve guests Exceptional safety and food handling skills are critical. Strong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detail Ability to take direction
