JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a Product Marketing Strategy Lead for Card Benefits Partnerships Near Wilmington, DE

About This Position: The Strategy Lead will be responsible for helping to drive the design, launch, and ongoing optimization of both new and existing Credit Card benefits, as well as supporting ongoing marketing initiatives and other communications to ensure that customers clearly understand benefit features, how to use them, and the value delivered to them. 

This position sits within the Consumer Branded Card team in Consumer and Community Banking and supports multiple Credit Card benefits that are aligned to both our Branded and Cobranded Credit Card products. This includes the core Travel and Purchase Protection benefits offered to all Chase Card customers, and additional targeted benefits such as Known Traveler fee reimbursement.

Job responsibilities

  • Represent the voice of the customer before, during and after launch of new benefits and features to help articulate product value and drive benefit engagement. 
  • Help manage across end to end touchpoints in the customer experience journeys to drive understanding and usage of products, and help lead strategic initiatives that will significantly improve our digital platforms.
  • Work with our external benefit partners and providers to enhance our digital card benefits platform, develop value propositions and new products, and support existing products, while working with our internal partners on the Card Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Develop general management and product management skills, spanning product development and innovation, digital marketing across consumer and small business customer segments, P&L management, and external partner management. 
  • Help deliver on performance metrics and milestones, and reporting to key stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7 years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus
  • Direct or indirect experience in Digital Marketing and Rewards and Benefits
  • Strong oral, written communications, and presentations skills
  • Logical, analytical thinker; identifies clear objectives, leverages date to develop strategy
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills
  • Ability to work and negotiate effectively with external partners
  • Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently, and working with partners

  • Create highly effective solutions to customer-based problems and insights
