At The Treetop Therapy, we provide personalized at-home ABA therapy services for children with autism. With locations in Georgia, Arizona, and Massachusetts, we help our clients meet their goals and reach new heights. BECOMING OUR ABA THERAPY RBT - BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Schedule:
You'll enjoy a part-time schedule with flexibility. In Massachusetts, the minimum caseload is one client of at least 13 hours per week, but denser schedules are available. In-home services are generally held between 3 pm - 8 pm, Monday through Friday, and weekends from 9 am - 8 pm, accommodating both clients' availability and needs. Join us in servicing children ages 3-22, with a focus on the 4-14 age group!
Day-to-Day:
As an ABA Therapy RBT - Behavior Technician, your days will be filled with purpose and impact. You'll be the face of our company, providing a 1:1 learning environment directly in the child's home. From implementing behavior intervention plans to conducting functional assessments, you'll play a crucial role in establishing competent learner skills. With support from our supervising clinicians, you'll create a nurturing and positive environment, utilizing a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skills acquisition. Your dedication will prepare children to function effectively in both home and community-based settings, making a lasting difference in their lives.
Qualifications:
Having your RBT license is preferred but not required!
