Cyti Psychological is looking for in-person California Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD), with focus on Infants or Children therapy. You can work as little as 5 sessions a week or up to as many as 50 sessions a week. Clinicians that focus on children therapy are preferred!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provision of in-person for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples Therapy: Clinicians can define the modalities and populations with whom they feel the most comfortable and competent.
• The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of DSM V mental health disorders via our HIPAA-compliant platform
• Clinical record documentation on our secure platform per the standards of care and licensing requirements
• This is primarily an onsite position but can also be a hybrid position. 

Pay:

• Competitive pay with rates from $70.00 per hour to $100.00 per hour. This is determined by candidate’s degree level; client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in person at one of our physical practice locations); years of licensed experience; and additional certifications/experience with our most highly treated populations.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• $200 therapist referral bonus (must be a fulltime employee and referred therapist must be a fulltime employee within 90 days)

Education and Experience:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician in California
• LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree
• Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
• Experience working with children, individuals, families, and/or couples
• Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients
• Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
• Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity (if remote becomes available)
• Enrollment in CAQH
