Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is searching for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our Human Resources team at our segment headquarters in Aurora, CO. The HR Coordinator is the primary HR contact for our segment regions. We are looking for a person who will provide HR and administrative related functions primarily supporting payroll, assisting with employee information changes, and providing administrative support to all employees. Other responsibilities will include new hire orientation, on-boarding, development, and implementation of training and entering employee information into HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

* Perform new-hire orientation and on-boarding in an efficient and effective manner.

* Receive and enter new hire or rehire employees into the HRIS system in a secure and meticulous manner. This requires attention to detail and ensuring all information is entered in an accurate and efficient manner.

* Track and understand types of errors occurring on new hire paperwork and perform training with project administrators to correct deficiencies when they occur.

* Assist in the development and training of project site administrator training and perform the training via PowerPoint, zoom or conference calls.

* Support payroll.

* Assist in the development of HR related training for office and project resources.

* Provide excellent customer service type functions by answering employee questions and requests.

* Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Basic Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.

* Experience with UKG Pro software a preferred.

* Must be capable of keeping all information confidential and protected.

* Working knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.

* Highly detailed and organized.

* Efficient and skilled at Data Entry.

* Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be professional and respectful working with others.

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Pay Equity

$27.00 - $31.00 Hour

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
