Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Golden State Foods which is one of the largest diversified suppliers to the Quick Service Restaurant industry. QCD has been providing custom distribution services to iconic customers throughout the United States. QCD is a multi-stop, regional delivery service with a focus on customer service. HIGHLIGHTS:

• Driver can earn up to $95,000 AVERAGE ANNUAL EARNINGS
• Hourly Pay- Driver start at $33/HR. Pay increases to $34/HR. starting June 1st. 
• $5,000 SIGNING BONUS
• $5,000 DRIVER REFERRAL BONUS
• ALL ROUTES DISPATCH IN THE AFTERNOON (1PM) or EVENING (9PM)

Responsibilities

Some specifics about Driving with us:

• Must be able to work holidays & weekends
• Local deliveries
• Home DAILY
• Solo routes
• 11-13 hours per day
• Dispatch time: 1PM and 9PM
• Repetitive Physical movement. This a physically demanding job with repetative lifting. 

Qualifications Required of this Position:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and possess a current DOT Medical certification card. NO OUT OF SERVICE VIOLATIONS, NO DUI's, NO SAP
• Polite, friendly, customer service driven
• Must be able to effectively communicate to maintain positive customer relations climate with other drivers/warehouse personnel/customers/supervisors.
• Capable of standing, walking and repeatedly climbing into and out of road tractor or switch tractor.
• Must be able to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends.
• Requires safely operating equipment in extremes of weather and climatic conditions and ensure working in a cold environment (cooler/freezer).
• Must be able to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5-50 pounds.
