Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Expo. The Kitchen Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Order Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.

2. Quality Control: Inspect each dish for accuracy, presentation, and overall quality before it leaves the kitchen.

3. Communication: Effectively communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to relay customer preferences, special requests, and order modifications.

4. Timing Management: Maintain a keen awareness of order timing to guarantee that all dishes for a table are ready simultaneously.

5. Organization: Keep the expo station organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies to facilitate a smooth workflow.

6. Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Schedule:

This is a part-time or full-time position with flexible scheduling. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
