Summary:

Support the Contracts Manager in handling the day-to-day administration of contracts.Contract Administrator will manage contract documents in SharePoint file and create reportsmonitoring funding and modifications.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintaining company-wide contract reports and database
  • Maintaining and updating contracts database as new contracts, and modifications occur to existing contracts
  • Distributing contract documents to directors and program managers
  • Supporting the preparation, execution, and administration of Subcontract Agreements
  • Maintaining subcontract files and communicate with subcontractors
  • Monitoring performance, funding, and payments on subcontracts
  • Finding resolution of invoice and close out issues
  • Ensuring company-wide contract compliance
  • Providing administrative and financial analysis support to the President and Directors
  • Assisting with creation of and maintaining pricing spreadsheet
  • Assisting with administrative and pricing proposal sections/volumes
  • Supporting the preparation, execution, and administration of Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreement
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must be organized and capable of multitasking
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational skill oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, tact, good judgment, maturity, timeliness, accuracy and with limited supervision
  • Work well independently and as a team member
  • Must possess excellent time management skills
  • Familiar with FAR/DFAR Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in Contracts Administration or related field
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in Contracts Administration or related field
  • Ability to read, understand and extract critical and strategic information from government contracts, RFI’s, RFP’s, subcontract agreements, solicitations and related documentation.
