FFS out of network private dental practice near Midland, Texas is looking to welcome an associate dentist! We can provide implant and endodontic training as needed. We are focused on providing employees a positive and collaborative work environment with ongoing mentorship and training opportunities.

The office has advanced digital scanning, electric handpieces, air driven handpieces, endodontic rotary electric motor handpieces, practice management software, intraoral cameras, new Adec chairs, and windows in every room with beautiful views.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Texas dental license, DEA license and CPR certification.
• 4 days per week with option for 5 days

Compensation & Benefits:

• $600 daily guarantee based on 8 hour work day.
• 30% adjusted production if exceed daily guarantee.
• Opportunity for true ownership and practice decision making.
• Relocation signing bonus.
• Will reimburse associate dentist agreed upon apartment rent during their first 90 days of employment.
