Position Summary: As an Operational Excellence Program Manager, you'll drive efficiency, productivity, and performance improvements at our Petersburg, VA site. You'll develop strategies aligning with Civica values, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Excellence strategy development and implementation.
- Employ Lean and Six Sigma to drive process enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Design and manage performance metrics and KPIs to assess and improve process performance.
Minimum Qualifications:

- 7 years of experience in Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment, preferably cGMP and FDA regulated.
