1. FTL or LTL Dispatch experience
2. Bilingual Spanish a huge plus
3. Experience with PeopleNet or TWM or equivalent TMS system

FULL DESCRIPTION:
Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Assist with route planning and scheduling
- Assist drivers with road calls and unit breakdowns
- Enter information into TMS system
- Follow up with customers/vendors
- Assist with service and maintenance requests
Dispatcher Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word REQUIRED
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Experience with TMS systems, TMW preferred
$18-$22 DOE
