Job Description Position Summary: Plan the optimal flow of merchandise to support promotional activity through the Supply Chain. Lead the Supply Chain Planning team, analyzing data and determining the optimal execution of the promotional plan from event creation to store delivery. Engage with CPGs, merchandising, replenishment, manufacturing, store operations and logistics operations to find innovative ways to drive efficiencies, eliminate non-value added activities enhancing the Customer 1st Strategy. Develop standardized solutions working collaboratively with key stakeholders to optimize product flow to stores while building trust throughout the enterprise. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: - Oversee the Supply Chain Planning team including the training and development of the team members.
- Create opportunities for promotional flow efficiencies through internal and external collaboration to drive innovation, improve store service, and reduce supply chain costs.
- Gain alignment with merchandising, divisions, procurement, store operations, and logistics around event execution and promotional flow.
- Standardize the supply chain information flow and communication for promotional event creation through store delivery.
- Develop, monitor and report promotional flow key performance indicators (KPIs) including budgetary impacts and store service.
- Drive results that achieve planned levels of service and costs against operational/productivity goals utilizing KPIs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Supply Chain Planning team.
- Coach team members on performance; complete performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Travel to distribution centers, division offices and Portland replenishment location as needed.

Qualifications Desired Previous Job Experience/Education: - Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management
Minimum Position Qualifications: - 5 years management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and development of associates
- Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
