Responsibilities:
 YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAffixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons, using stenciling equipment.
Generates all shipping documents and maintains all records of bill of ladings, invoices, purchase orders, and all other records as required.
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Delivers all incoming material that requires inspection to the Quality Department.
Ensures the Quality Department follows the appropriate incoming inspection procedures.
Schedules and coordinates pickups when larger packages are prepared to ship.
Understanding of all incoming material includes electronic components, metal fabrication, printed circuit boards and indirect material.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
Ships all products in a timely fashion according to the appropriate procedures.
Communicates with Manager of PPIC and appropriate internal department of any product shortages in order to maintain accurate information.
Supports Material Control team, Purchasing Department, and I.T. Department to return non-conforming material.
Assists Accounting Department in obtaining and resolving any discrepancies in cost, invoices, materials, and other related items.
Maintains close security of the company’s assets.
Interacts and communicates with internal departments on all receiving and shipping issues affecting production.
Check email and voicemail daily and responds, as appropriate.
Ensure company compliance in accordance with AS9100.
Qualifications:

To join us you’ll need: Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associates degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or with some related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
 
Salary Range: $17.20 - $20.00 hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
