As a Bilingual Sales Associate at Platinum Ford North, you will have the opportunity to represent one of the most respected brands in the automotive industry.

Your role will involve assisting customers in their vehicle purchasing journey, providing information about Ford models, and ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention in their preferred language.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in English and Second Language , to understand their vehicle needs.
• Showcase Ford vehicles and highlight their features, benefits, and available options.
• Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

Requirements :

• Fluency in both English and Second Language with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior automotive sales experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
