The anesthesia care team model is 7.5 MDs and 13.5 CRNAs. A newly enhanced compensation structure and signing bonus are being offered! New graduates are welcome to apply. The call is voluntary and only on weekends from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; no obstetrics or heart cases.
