Our Lady of Mount Carmel School seeks a vibrant full-time middle school math and science teacher for the 2018-19 school year. Applicant should be driven, able to collaborate effectively with grade level team members, have strong classroom management skills, and take initiative. Instructor will teach students in 6th to 8th grades. All teachers are responsible for integrating technology into the curriculum, preparing engaging lessons, and monitoring student progress. The ideal candidate must be a team player and willing to take part in the community life of the school.

Applicant should possess a Bachelors degree and CA Multiple Subject credential or Single Subject credential in math and/or science or out of state equivalent. Teaching experience is preferred. If selected for the position, teacher will participate in Core Instructional Practices and VIRTUS training through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
