THE TEAM

The Loading Dock is a no-frills spot for a shot and a beer. Canned and bottled beer from breweries across the country, served solo or with a shot of whiskey. Camp Cocktail Bar brings the outdoor atmosphere inside inviting you to sit back, relax and take it all in with a drink in hand. There’s something at Camp Cocktail for every taste.

THE PLAYER

You will serve customers and extend great customer service by providing information to help beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great customer experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Take customer's drink orders
• Create and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Follow health and safety practices and comply with all state and liquor regulations
• Serve beverages; ensure consistency throughout the guest's experience
• Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience
• Maintain all work areas for overall productivity and success

Requirements

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT TOTALLY TOASTED/THE LOADING DOCK/CAMP COCKTAIL IF

• You are at least 19 years of age
• Have a valid bartender/operator's license
• Have knowledge of: basic math skills (add, subtract, make change), legible handwriting, customer service skills and demonstrated oral communication skills

YOU ARE A VARSITY TEAM PLAYER IF

• You have wine experience and/or certification
• You have one year of bartending experience

YOU MUST ALSO HAVE

U.S. Work Authorization (required)
