- ADN or BSN degree.
- Availability to work night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.
- Nursing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing the plan of care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Documenting patient care activities accurately.
- Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and providing spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Assessing the learning needs of patients and families, providing education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Serving as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- ADN or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Nursing experience is advantageous.
