Key Responsibilities

On-Site Project Management :

Budget and Timeline Management :

Safety and Compliance :

Project Documentation :

• Maintain accurate daily work reports and work plans.
• Update project schedules and manage priorities to meet milestones.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Attend meetings with clients, vendors, and external partners.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum 5 years as a lead superintendent on commercial interior projects, specifically in luxury retail.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and contract documents.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and solve construction-related challenges.
• Leadership : Strong leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
