Job Description

Knowledge of Florida Construction Code
Create Scopes and Estimates for General Contractor
Supervise residential and commercial construction projects
Complete and update project schedules
Respond to inquiries from customers, inspectors, building departments etc.
Understanding Contracts & Reading Blueprints
Knowledge of Word & Excel
Clean Driving Record, Truck and Basic Tools required
Salary commensurate with experience (STARTS at $65,000)
