HERITAGE DENTAL is Hiring a DENTAL FRONT OFFICE / FULL TIME-4 DAYS (Happy Valley) Near Happy Valley, OR

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, self motivated, responsible and has great communication skills. We are looking for a candidate that genuinely enjoy providing high quality customer service and patient care. Candidates must able to prioritize tasks and be independently motivated. Experience with dental software, creating treatment plans and insurance billing is a plus!

Duties include not limited to:
* Answering phones, Checking in and out Patient visits
* Build rapport, greeting people
* Updating medical history and demographics
* Maintain patient flow and schedule
* Presenting treatment plans and financing options,
* Track treatment and case acceptance
* Follow up with patients care and communicate with specialist
* Most importantly consistently give a great patient experience.
