Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Technical Project Manager- CPP

In this role, you would be you would be responsible for providing enhancement and technical services in application development.
Responsibilities

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with partners globally.

•Uncover and understand customer needs. Work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.

•Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.

•Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.

•Assess and address technical risks.

•Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.

•Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.

•Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

•Excellent problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

•Additional responsibilities shall include contributing to designing and documenting of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time.

•Engage with Client in requirement gathering, status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.

•Good in problem solving, could adapt new skills and is keen on sharing expertise and knowledge.

•Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client.

•Experience in working with stakeholders working in different time zones.

•Good understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams

•Familiarity with executing the scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

•BE/B Tech/MCA with relevant experience

•Relevant experience as a Technical Product Manager (preferrable from Payments Domain)
Preferred qualifications

•Technical knowledge in Cross Currency Transaction (CCT), Convera's proprietary payments platform

•Ability to serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.

•Strong project management skills

•Experience in managing technical scrum team.

•Essential to have experience in executing scrum ceremonies.
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000 to $100,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
