Inviting applications for the role of AVP- Program Manager, Intelligent Automation
Genpact has a vacancy for a US based Program Manager in its expanding Orchestration Group to support global ServiceNow customers. Genpact's ServiceNow COE is rapidly growing and looking for new talent to lead a large digital program. This is a diverse role that offers an excellent opportunity for the right individuals to grow their career in the Professional Services organisation of Genpact.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our group who is capable to Lead a delivery program that drive productivity and client satisfaction. We are searching for team players with skills and experience that can complement and enhance the existing team here at Genpact with their positive approach to work, can do attitude and their friendly and enthusiastic personality. We're in need of self-motivated, outgoing and results driven professionals who are eager to take their careers to new levels.

The successful candidate will have vast experience delivering enterprise technology implementations that transform client's landscape by leveraging available technologies to accomplish desired outcomes (ServiceNow or other orchestration software experience a huge plus). This person needs to be capable of Lead project managers, mentor them and help them with different delivery challenges. Candidate must be capable of driving progress, inspiring change, influencing transformation discussion and know how to facilitate client through a pragmatic decision-making process.

Responsibilities

•Managing ServiceNow orchestration programs, taking ownership of all aspects of program management role, such as governance, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communication with the customer and Genpact leadership.

•Building reporting matrix across multiple implementations.

•Oversee the resources utilization and optimization planning.

•Manage customer escalations.

•Taking responsibility for Program client's satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

•Spearhead Program discussions with business stakeholders, Practice Leadership & Genpact leadership.

•Support project managers to ensure delivery is done as per defined Best Practices, COE goals and budget.

•Contribute to ongoing definition of best delivery practices.

•Mentoring and leading a team of project managers.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•IT Graduate with B.E / MCA / Relevant degree

•Relevant years of IT experience with relevant years of working experience as Large Program Manager.

•ServiceNow proven knowledge and certifications

•Proven experience in building and leading global tech delivery COE.

•Proven track record that showcases ability to quickly understand organization's business strategy & Goals, build and oversee a plan that supports the desired outcomes.

•Program Management Skills

oExperience Working with senior Management and reporting on Program status.

oExperience in managing a program of several global projects.

oExperience in managing managers.

oAbility to manage Risks, Issues, and budgets.

•Client Management Skills

oExcellent customer facing skills including communication, conflict resolution, and solid presentation skills.

oAbility to thrive in high pressure environments, managing complex programs and customers with geographically dispersed teams and multi-million budgets.

oMaintain responsibility for customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with customers.

oExperience in communicating with client executive levels
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•A can-do attitude and background in software development projects is necessary.

•Ability to think outside the box and influence discussions toward desired results that drive productivity and client satisfaction.

•Ability to resolve problems under pressure.

•Prior working experience with ServiceNow or other orchestration platforms very welcomed.
