Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,700 - $1,874 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension

Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Alabama
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in hospice care
