FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Director of Supply Chain for a rapidly growing client in the medical devices space. This company is well-known for the development of a proprietary technology and a one-of-a-kind patient support program focused on non-invasive pain relief.
So, what will you be doing as Director of Supply Chain?
-Develop the Supply Chain organization and scale it to match company needs
-Champion the selection and implementation of and ERP system
-Develop inventory plans based on forecast
-Create and improve processes around planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution
-Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team
What you will need to be successful:
-BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or another related field
-10 years of experience leading Supply Chain teams
-Proven ability to develop and implement process and supporting metrics (KPI)
-Prior experience selecting and implementing an ERP system
-Prior experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
Other things considered a plus:
-MBA
-CPIM certification
-Prior experience working in a “start-up” environment
