An Administrative Technician provides administrative support to the Training Department.

• Must be able to maintain manual and electronic files.
• Perform general office support functions.
• Answer phones, take messages.
• Input data electronically.
• Fax and photocopy.
• Move / arrange furniture / office equipment.
• Be responsible for record retention assignments.
• Distribute mail.
• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with distractions.
• Have the ability to multi-task and possess good people skills.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Administrative Business field preferred.
• Security Clearance / Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance required .
  • This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Y ou must be a US Citizen for consideration and you must be able to obtain an interim security clearance within the first 45 days of hire. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and typing skills of 80 WPM.
• Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail with accuracy required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required.
• Candidate must be highly motivated with a proven ability to work independently required.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment required.
• Learning Management System/administrative experience preferred.
